Client: The Respire Institute
Industry: Healthcare
Engagement: Growth Advisory Diagnostic
Timeline: 4 Months
When The Respire Institute engaged LaneMKTG for a Growth Advisory Diagnostic, the practice already had many of the right marketing assets in place: a growing website, educational content, active social media, physician videos, and an excellent reputation among patients.
What was missing wasn’t effort — it was structure.
The assessment identified an opportunity to organize marketing into a repeatable system with clear priorities, measurable KPIs, and a sustainable cadence rather than continuously reacting to new requests.
As a specialty pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine practice, marketing touched nearly every department. The opportunity wasn’t creating more marketing; it was creating a framework that allowed existing efforts to compound while having insight and foresight to improve on what was working — while staying agile enough to pivot when necessary.
Using LaneMKTG’s recommendations as the roadmap, we focused on building systems before adding volume.
Key initiatives included:
Rather than launching dozens of new initiatives, we concentrated on making marketing predictable, measurable, and scalable.
Within four months, the organization experienced measurable growth across multiple channels.
Highlights include:
Perhaps most importantly, marketing has evolved from a collection of individual projects into a structured function aligned with organizational goals.
One of the most valuable insights from LaneMKTG’s assessment was that growth didn’t require doing more.
It required organizing what already existed.
Implementing a defined cadence, measurable reporting, and repeatable systems has made it easier to prioritize initiatives, communicate results to leadership, and build long-term momentum across the organization.
“Alex’s recommendations gave us something every internal marketing department needs: clarity. Rather than adding more work, the framework helped organize our existing efforts into repeatable systems with measurable outcomes. Four months later, we’ve implemented much of the strategy and have seen stronger visibility, better reporting, and a more sustainable approach to healthcare marketing.”
